Le premier moment où je pouvais voir mon avenir comme un homme trans, ou un homme trans, était...
When I got my first binder when I was 19. I went off to college and could finally express myself without the judgment from my family.
Des ressources qui m'ont aidé...
Getting a binder living in a gender neutral dorm in college really allowed me the space to explore who I was and meet many other trans people. Having access to testosterone and being able to decide how I wanted to transition my doctor allowed me to have input on dosage and such. Watching and following my own progression. I used Reddit a lot to follow other trans men's journeys and it helped me understand my own. Getting a therapist who was also a trans man was probably the best thing. Being able to talk to some about my worries and thoughts not just about transitioning but day to day stuff who knew where I was coming from and understood. Having top surgery covered by my health insurance was spectacular.
