My first college class that I entered, out as a man but not legally so, and gave the professor my name, and she took it in perfect stride. I thought to myself that maybe things were going to be okay- and here they are!

I called a Planned Parenthood, and while they couldn't actually provide HRT at their location, they had a whole list of resources in my county that could help me out and it was through them that I was able to transition medically
